Bug with message pagination

In the Messages section we can't seem to paginate past page 51.
If there are 10 messages on each page, and 51 pages, we can only see 510 messages.
Can this be fixed by the morning for the elections?
Its actually 20 per page.
20 items per page * 51 pages = 1020
Theres a total of 999 messages in the system. This working correctly.
