Updated Hooks To Support Old and Latest Android SDKs

Expected Behaviour
The hooks 010_meta_files.js, 020_jar_signer.js, 030_zip_align.js should work for the old or latest Android SDKs.
Actual Behaviour
The hooks fails using the latest Android SDK because the APK output path has changed.
