Once a user adds a person to an Organization they should be re-directed to the next step

Actual Behaviour

Once a user adds a person to an Organization they have to refresh the app in order to proceed to the next steps.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new organization.
2. Add people to the Organization.

Environment

@mackers Has the Onboarding Process changed? Looks like once a user adds a new organization, and sends a self-check-in, they are not being re-directed to the other onboarding steps automatically i.e Creating new people, Reviewing their contact information. I tried it on both Production and Staging and I noticed a difference. If this has changed then this bug is obsolute.
