The mysql extension is disabled

Th error has been disturbing for 2 today's , how do i please go along it will installing Ushahidi on my website. Website is hosted o blue host .

I'm also encountering this error when running the install script on a fresh build of Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS

The mysql extension is disabled"

PHP 7.4 is installed. The PHP-MYSQLI extenstion is also installed.

use php 5.7 and enable mysqli this solved for me
