Auto Build Breaks for Docker Hub

Summary of the Bug
As of June 7, 2021 the AGAGD's images are no longer being built automatically on Docker Hub. This is due to changes in the plan, https://www.docker.com/blog/changes-to-docker-hub-autobuilds/ for our current configuration.
The Expected Behaviour
On each merge a new images is build. On each release an image is deployed to our production environments.
There is potential to migrate this to Github Packages.
Resolved in #220.
