Automated Release Tagging

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently the tags are manually run on each merge.
Describe the feature you'd like to see on the AGAGD.
The AGAGD is tagged and release notes are made from each commit on merge with master. For example,
2021.02.20 or 2021.02.20-[run_number] if multiple runs on the same day.
