File upload is not working

Describe the bug
The file upload functionality is not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Import'
2. Click on 'From File'
3. Try to upload any csv file
4. See error

Expected behavior
File should be uploaded successfully.

Additional context
I think this is coming from server side code.

It works fine the development branch
