OpenPGP: Extended Length DO has invalid format

GoKey returns the the extended length DO via the following TLV in response to the GET DATA command for application related data (ARD)

7f66 04 ffffffff

This does not conform to the structure defined in the spec:

(OpenPGP Functional Spec 3.4.1 - Section 4.1.3.1 Extended length information)
