Only -vvv produce an output in terminal

My main OS is Parrot.
I run ./whatweb 'domain' and it responds no output.
I run /whatweb -v 'domain' with no output as well
I run /whatweb -vv 'domain' with respond 'domain' [200]
When i fanally run -vvv i get output
Can someone explain what is going on? or help me understand?
