Patch to remove "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in library/Preprocessor.php on line 125" message in some cases

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have a very large cachegrind.out file.
2. Click on "update" button ends without a result, because there are "Warning"
lines in JSON output.
