Add basic search functionalities to backend

Add /explore endpoint that is designed to receive explore calls from the client serachEngine.
Add a DB query that can filter perspectives based on a list of 'ecosystems' perspectiveIds (joining their ecosystems) AND, within that set, filter out based on a linksTo edge to a known node (1 level linksTo).
