Operator needs cluster level get pods permission

Hi

I am deploying operator in k8s cluster which is managed by other team.
They have provided me with a namespace with restricted resources.

When I deploy operator deployment in my namespace, it is trying to get CRDs at cluster level and pods at cluster level.

I have permission to get CRD at cluster level but no permission to get pods at cluster level as I will be able to see pods from other teams.

Can I restrict the operator deployment to only watch my namespace??
