Remove any deprecated stylistic rules

ESLint 8.53.0 (release planned for Nov 3) is deprecating stylistic rules

These will be removed in ESLint v10

Check for any config using these rules and then remove them / switch to alternatives eg. using @stylistic/eslint-plugin-ts
