feat: Add SDF option in build and serve command

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If use --sprite-input option in serve command, it can test non-SDF sprite locally, but cannot use SDF icon sprite

It would be nice to have an option to use SDF icon powered by the latest sprite-one for build and serve command

Describe alternatives you've considered
for building sdf sprite, we can use sprite-one directly, but no alternative option for serve command
