Weird ACMEv1 issue with new certificate.

I was using version 2.0.7 of this gem when I renewed my certificate, but I am still getting some warnings in some circumstance.
So I decide to use a certificate validator and notice the 2021 Sep 29th date appearing in the signer certificate.
How is this possible? I thought v2 was doing v2 ?!?
I'm good, I was using a wrong chain certificated downloaded in 2020
