Would you consider a changelog?

I'd be willing to make a PR for the first implementation, but it's really helpful as a user of this gem to be able to easily see what's changed in a more human readable form without having to trawl through commits.
I don't have anything against changelog. Given that I'm about to release the gem for ACME v2 this could be a good occasion for a fresh start on this.
