Bioguide Redesign Underway

Looks like they've started working on a new Bioguide site, since it now repoints to https://bioguideretro.congress.gov/. Just putting this here as an FYI.
They also have member XML files: https://bioguideretro.congress.gov/Static_Files/data/H/H000324.xml
