Switch `pull` url from ssh to https urls

The download modal should just be https for now to allow folks without Github accounts to download stuff from Share.

Situation is more complex if start giving users aliases for push as well (for which https can work fine, but with slightly more annoying configuration than ssh), but we don't have immediate plans to.
