AM installation icon missing by default in Windows

This is a recurrent 'issue' that has happened since I first installed AM with Docker in Windows 10. For every subsequent version it has been the same, but just now discussing with @nicolasray realized it was missing.

For the installation of AM for Docker, one runs the .exe file, which launches the installation with the little black and green screen that shows the process and AM is started. However, after the process is finished there is no AM icon anywhere (desktop, start menu or task bar). So to have a direct access icon, it is necessary to pin it while the program is running or find the icon in the installation folder.

The ideal behavior is that during installation a direct access icon is placed automatically in any of the mentioned places or the option is asked, as do other executable files.

This is exactly the kind of feedback I was asking for before releasing the "production" version of AccessMod: this looks like a very poor user experience.

However, the application only needs to be installed once, as AccessMod updates are managed internally, using the versions manager:
