On boot script 2x container fails to run

Describe the bug
on-boot-script-2.x contains a dockerfile to provide an environment to allow building the package. This dockerfile fails to operate, failing with:

- Git clone unifios-utilities
- cd on-boot-script-2.x
- docker build -f Dockerfile .
- See error
Expected behavior
Dockerfile should build.
