Could not resolve host

Just recently when users tried to make payment, this is what they get: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: api.paystack.co (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html).
Please I need help on this.
is it logging any error in your log file?
same error, any resolve?
