Feature Request: Adding a calculator to convert USD amount to ETH or BTC

USD to cryptocurrency equivalent
As a user I want to go to the platform and enter, into a form, a USD value for a particular day (because it can also be a day in the past) to get a ETH and BTC equivalent for a specific day
Work required:
- Go talk to Prateek to build out the screen for this
- After they click "USD PRICE CALCULATION" on the side-menu, open a modal, have the form there (or put it in the Price Tracker screen... confirm with Prateek re. what makes the most sense)
- Also need to update the side menu text to show "PRICE CALCULATION" instead of "USD PRICE CALCULATION"
