No error message when too large of an image is uploaded

When I'm logged in as an admin, and I'm trying to change the logo, if I use a non-compliant file size (I suppose this is the issue), then, nothing happens (I don't get an error message).
Attaching the file I tried to upload.
Fixed, nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/proxy-body-size 50m to nginx
