Copy removal: Under Wallets > Track Wallets

It's unclear to me why we have the section that says "0 Other Wallets". Unless there is a functionality I'm not aware of, please remove.
This feature just wasn't displaying because none of the transactions were actually tagged. When transactions are tagged, the expected behaviour is that the startup wallets are automatically tracked.
