Carriage returns are ignored when creating a new comment.

How to replicate the issue :
In the MEFE.
- enter a new comment.
- add carriage returns to the comment
- Save the comment
Expected result:
The carriage returns are displayed in the comment when someone looks at the case.
Actual result:
The carriage returns are stripped out and remove from the comment. This is making the comment difficult to read.
