Error when installing package from Umbraco backend

When I try to install it as a package in the Umbraco backend, I get this error message (I am still able to install the package as NuGet inside my Visual Studio although it does not appear in the list of installed packages there):

An error occured

Which version of Umbraco are you using?

The error message appears to be from the Our Umbraco package repo, not Nested Content.

I am using the latest v7.5.2 since a couple of weeks. At which time, I upgraded my Visual Studio 2015 solution from v7.4.3 or something just by upgrading it as a NuGet package. I have not had any other "issues" after the upgrade. Everything that had worked before that still worked after.

And I am working from my home PC so no corporate firewall is engaged.

Thanks @madrus. Have you installed any other packages via the back-office?

You should be able to download and install the package manually.

Yes, I tried successfully to install and uninstall uSync.
And I can definitely install packages manually or via NuGet. So, personally I have no problem.
I have communicated this issue in hope that it could possibly be some bug that can be fixed.

Thanks @madrus. The bug has been raised with the Umbraco team: #OUR-420, a fix is currently under review.
