Update data storage structure to handle multiple survey on a single page

If there are several surveys on a single page, such as twitter-user and twitter-tweet, these need to be separated somehow. On top of this, each tweet annotation should have a unique ID (preferably tweet ID) as well.
On top of all these, I am thinking about having a global study ID set from the options page, that is shared by everything, so that multiple surveys from multiple people and therefore files can be combined together.
this is now supported on the background, however UI and UX needs to be updated for this to be really useful.
