Headless=new mode won't load in Docker

In the browser profiler, we're unable to profile the new (as of chrome 109) headless=new mode. This mode is supposed to be more like regular Chrome, but seems to have issues loading into Docker. Tried a variety of flags to get it working, but nothing seemed to take. Ideally, we would profile this new mode to see what it adds to the dom.
