Question: how is this data generated?

First off, I apologize if this is a "trade secret" of sorts, but I've also seen apify's set of scraping tools use something like this (a pre-generated set of data to mock a particular "setup", and basically randomizing from the set of "setups"), and I've always wondered how it is possible to gather data about real world browser usage by humans (so that we may mock that same behaviour ourselves).
