How to get the full version without using Google Play or any other store?

I want to upgrade AfWall+ to get all features. At the same time I want to do it directly with the developer and not involve a third party, like a store. The reason being I don't trust that the binaries are not modified.
Ideally I would directly contact the developer and make the transaction. But otherwise, what options do I have?

Is there a way to pay a donation other than Paypal ?
