Update the plasma profiles section of the docs to include all new models

The plasma profiles section of the docs needs updated to include and fully explain all new models and variables.

  • 1. Cross relate the sections (impurity, current drive, fusion reaction rate, stellarator)
  • 2. work out how current profiles work
  • 3. Tidy up profiles and plasma_profiles.py
  • 4. Add links to all pages
  • 5. Talk about ions
  • 6. ncore is seemingly ran for non-pedestal plasmas
  • 7. Discuss H-mode
  • 8. ITER profiles and info added from ipdg98
  • 9. check the division by 2pir for profile average values
  • 10. talk about 1D radial nature for the models
  • 11. Stellerator switch
  • 12. representing dene and average density subscript e
  • 13. Does the pressure calculation include the pedestal profile?
  • 14. ipedestal ==1 call calculate profiles which seemingly uses values from a parabolic profile so the pressure may be wrong
  • 15. The setting of neped directly or as a fraction of the Greenwald limit should be done by a switch
  • 16. Put in graph for unreal solution in temp derivative
  • 17. dlimit(7) is meant to represent the Greenwald limit, it may not be imported properly in the icc == 76 calculation
  • 18. Standardise the average density and temperature nomenclature
