Users can use hackbar with HackMD API

Since HackMD released its beta API several months ago, maybe we can provide an optional field for token, and using HackMD API if the token is given.
If the token is not given, use the original way to fetch.
以下是目前 hackbar 使用的功能，❌ 代表 HackMD API 目前沒有支援
- 個人資料
- 加入的 Teams 列表
- 最近使用的三個筆記 ❌
- 搜尋筆記 title, tag, team ❌
- 範本列表 ❌
- 新增筆記
- 選擇一個範本來新增筆記 ❌
以下是 HackMD API 有提供的 Endpoints 且未來適合加入 hackbar
- 查看指定的 Team 內的筆記列表
- 在指定的 Team workspace 新增筆記
