caffe on RTX3090 run fail

Hi:
I pulled ufoym/deepo:py36-cu111, which encountered some problems when running caffe on RTX3090。
Q1：Check failed: error == cudaSuccess (48 vs. 0) no kernel image is available for execution on the device
Q2：Multi-GPU execution not available - rebuild with USE_NCCL
I suggest to keep the caffe source code when providing the caffe image. These problems are easy to modify and solve when you have the caffe source code.
