Updated VS Code extension for Elsa

Hey folks! My course staffer @akainth015 forked the Elsa VS Code extension by @mistzzt and added support for autocompletion. I've been using it myself and it works well!
Here's the repo with the forked version, and it's installable from Marketplace.
Just thought I'd mention this in case you'd like to point to it from the README. Thanks for creating Elsa! ❤️
