Expected behavior and actual behavior.
% opj_compress -I -mct 0 -i input.pnm -o output.j2k
qmfbid imply mct = 1
exit(1)
Steps to reproduce the problem.
Use the irreversible DWT 9-7.
% opj_compress -I -mct 0 -i input.pnm -o output.j2k
% opj_dump -i output.j2k | grep qmfbid | uniq
qmfbid=0
