install problem

hi when install actnn, i meet pip._internal.exceptions.InstallationError: File "setup.py" or "setup.cfg" not found. Directory cannot be installed in editable mode. any help is appreciated

Please go to this folder https://github.com/ucbrise/actnn/tree/main/actnn and run pip install -v -e .
