Application (doublecmd) does not follow dark mode with orange (default) accent selected

Expected Behavior
Installed doublecmd-gtk from its own repository.
Application (doublecmd) should be dark (should follow dark style.
Actual Behavior
Application is light ONLY with default ORANGE accent set. Any other accent color works as expected.
Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- Go to Settings
- Click on Appearance
- Click to set Style as Dark
- Within Style section Select Device Color Profile: Orange (default)
- Open doublecmd and observe that it is LIGHT (does not follow dark mode)
- Close doublecmd
- Within Style section of Settings select Device Color Profile: Bark
- Open doublecmd and observe that it is DARK (application follows dark mode)
- Close doublecmd
- Within Style section of Settings select Device Color Profile: any other color, BUT orange
- Open doublecmd and observe that it is DARK (application follows dark mode)
- Close doublecmd
- Within Style section of Settings select Device Color Profile: Orange again
- Open doublecmd and observe that it is LIGHT (does not follow dark mode)

- Version: 1.2.0 alpha (installed from its own repository, but issue is the same with older version installed from Ubuntu repo)
- OS version: 23.10

Upstream adwaita-dark theme works the same way: with orange accent application does not follow dark mode.
With any other available accent color dark mode works as expected with the application.
