MATE Tweak crashes if org.mate.hud key does not exist.

New bug in version 18.04.2 reported from the community: https://ubuntu-mate.community/t/18-04-mate-tweak-core-dump/15794

This is the error I get executing mate-weak:
$ /usr/bin/mate-tweak
(mate-tweak:1671): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.mate.hud' does not contain a key named 'enabled'
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)
Checking with dconf-editor, org.mate.hud does not exist.
