Graph visualization for people involved in issues

I'm thinking of a D3 Force Graph (http://bl.ocks.org/mbostock/raw/4062045/) for this.
Added a v0.1 widget. See it running here:

TODO:
- user avatars in nodes
- if possible - hover on issue should display more info
