Arc series graph moving around

The graph above is two case of data and the graph plotted with the regarding data, it turns out that whenever the angle makes a change, the position of the graph and axes moves strangly, is there a way to make the axes and the graph fixed no matter what the angle is? Otherwise it is so inconvenient to handle dynamic data of angle.
Never mind I just forget to set the domain fixed.
