Need nightly run integ test job

To prevent issue like uber/cadence#4310 and catch bugs earlier.
And also a best place to test our docker image.
This will also solve the problem for server repo: uber/cadence#3740
Seems like it can be just configured by UI: buildkite/feedback#61 (comment)
