Search auto-complete does not support keywords

Describe the bug
In a portlet definition, search honors words in a "keywords" parameter. Auto-complete for the search launcher does not.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Add a "keywords" parameter with a distinguished value (e.g. "shoe") to a portlet-definition suitable for testing (e.g. newsreader portlet)
- Import test portlet-definition file
- Clear all caches or restart Tomcat
- Search for distinguished value (e.g. "shoe")
- Note if it appears in the auto-complete dropdown
- Search for the term
- Confirm the test portlet is listed in the search results
Expected behavior
Test portlet should show in the auto-complete dropdown list when searching for keywords
