Updating portlet from UI remove categories

Describe the bug
When updating a portlet definition from the import/export UI it removes the categories.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Import/Export portlet
- Select a portlet-definition.xml already existing into uPortal with categories (even de portlet definition without change on)
- Do the upload
- Wait that cached refresh or directly go to cache-manager portlet and clean all cache
- go on portlet-admin portlet and edit your portlet definition categories were removed
Expected behavior
Categories should be updated not empty
Platform:
- uPortal Version: [e.g. uPortal 5.8.2]
- openJDK 1.8.171
