A website aggregating all young authors willing to write short stories on given subject.
Users vote on weekly Writing Prompt subject, then they vote for submissions.
CRON sends out prepared .PDF file with the best chosen writings to all the subscribed users. Sent once per week.
This is a stanard SQL installation of symphony. Nothing much is needed there. We use bower for frontend dependencies management and composer as a standard PHP dependency manager.
