Cannot regenerate access token by valid refresh token for gcp vertexai Text embedding.

Description

Typesese cannot refresh access token by refresh token for GCP vertexai TextEmbedding model.

model name : gcp/textembedding-gecko@001

Steps to reproduce

  1. I have created access and refresh token via OAuth2 playground
  2. perfrom indexing 1000 documents successfully.
  3. After 1 hour, I tried to perfrom indexing 1000 documents again

Expected Behavior

  1. System will automatically refresh access token by refresh token

Actual Behavior

API response with status code is 400

RequestMalformed: Request failed with HTTP code 400 | Server said: GCP API error: Request had invalid authentication credentials. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential.
