Rename media subcommand

A sub command invoked as supper rename or supper ren to rename media files. Should provide:
- Recursively rename all media in folder
- Flag to specify output path (directory to output renamed files)
- Flag to enable precise/opportunistic matches (renames only when 100% sure)
- Rename both video and subtitle material
- Flag to specify conflict handling (e.g. skip/overwrite/keep both)
