Update bower and npm packages

It seems although we updated the bower package, it's not being picked up. I'm not sure if you need to run a bower command to reregister the package..

Yea I need to tag a new release with the latest changes.

Bower seems to clear its cache periodically, there's no command to force update bower as far as i'm aware.

I also updated the dependencies for npm to match.

I will tag it shortly

1.0.1 release tagged, npm has updated, not sure if bower has propogated yet
