Be able to transfer a group for someone else

Describe the bug

For example:

1. User owns a room
2. User wants to left, so he transfer ownership to a friend
3. Friend is now the owner

Just for organizing #2, as user asked for changing username (which is already implemented) and for being able to transfer ownership.
