I want to add mnemonics to all of the keys somehow

I made sure mnemonics exist for my most common entries. The WSL and PowerShell entries use MUI strings from the system, and those have mnemonics by default. I added mnemonics to the 64-bit Cygwin (mn. Y) and amd64 VsDevCmd (mn. D) entries.
