Support Dualstack Entries

Allow duplicate entries in /etc/hosts file if ip family is different. Current behavior is overwriting the existing entry.
Expected :
cat /etc/hosts
192.192.7.101 pns25-test7-ps1
2222::d0c0:665 pns25-test7-ps2
